About the Editor
I’m Malcolm Fraser, an experienced Engagement Advisor and Partnership Manager with a passion for helping organizations unlock the value of their data.
My background includes roles in NGO’s, start-ups and multinational consulting, where I have developed expertise in data-driven innovation and collaboration.
For my sins, I’m also currently doing a Professional Doctorate at Otago University in New Zealand focusing on Governance Frameworks for Data Collaboratives.
Currently its’s my privilege to lead the Pacific Data Hub Team, hosted at the Pacific Community (SPC) HQ in New Caledonia, supporting community outreach, engagement and advocacy activities to champion our mission to drive data-informed decision making for sustainable development in the Pacific region.
